Tai Chi Beginning Class Start at September 4, 2012

About Class

Tai Chi is a complete health and wellness training system that utilizes graceful and flowing movements to improve your circulation, strength, balance, and reduces stress.


This new Beginning class is a wonderful opportunity to experience the Ancient Chinese Yin Yang philosophy and Traditional Energy training. You will learn the Old Style Tai Chi First Form and the 5 Internal Energy Training Methods.

*Internal energy cleanser

*Silk winding power

*Breathing techniques

*Dan Tian energy rotation

*Standing meditation


Date: Tuesday 8:00-10:00pm

Location: Li’s Wushu Academy

Instructor: Master Shu Dong Li
