Tai Chi is a
complete health and wellness training system that utilizes
graceful and flowing movements to improve your circulation,
strength, balance, and reduces stress.
Beginning class is a wonderful opportunity to experience the
Ancient Chinese Yin Yang philosophy and Traditional
Energy training. You will learn the Old Style Tai Chi First Form and
the 5 Internal Energy Training Methods.
